Carmina Comica
The Antidote to Choral Cantatas.
Written for adult and secondary school choirs, Carmina Comica consists of five songs tracing the history of choral music over the past 500 years in joyous, light-hearted fun. Colin Sell’ music reflects the different styles and genres of music across the centuries. This includes a spoof Latin madrigal! It is tuneful and full of fun, truly as the sub-title says – The Antidote to Choral Cantatas.
Choirs are free to perform any number of songs.
